Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Roofs are expensive! The sooner you can budget for your roof the better off you’ll be. If you can pay with cash or a check it’ll be cheaper for you. We also offer financing and credit/debit card payments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We receive an inquiry from a client via phone call, text, Facebook, Instagram, our website, etc. Once we receive the inquiry we schedule an appointment to assess and provide an estimate for what they’re asking for. They receive the estimate via email within 24 hours via email. Once they decide to move forward they can approve the estimate online and pay the deposit online or with a check/cash. We can typically start within two weeks of our client approving the job. Once the job has been completed we will send the photos of the ‘during’ and ‘after’ phases of the project and send those photos via email along with the final invoice.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a Bachelors degree from Utah State University with a Business major and Human Resources and Spanish minors.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started during college working for my uncle’s roofing company. Over an 8 year period I was promoted from pulling trailers all the way up to General Manager.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We’ve worked with all types of customers! Homeowners, building owners, HOA’s, property managers, investors, fix & flippers, trusts/trustees.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of our favorite projects was a new build in the Pecans of Queen Creek. The project took about a year from start to finish, but it was mostly due to waiting on other trades to finish their scopes in order for us to do our portion. The house is gorgeous and we put a tile roof, a viewing deck and a metal roof on the home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would suggest getting as knowledgeable about roofing as you can before you choose a contractor. Do research on the contractor you’re considering. Look at their reviews (highest rating and lowest rating). See what kind of content they put out on social media. See what they provide on their website. Look at the roofing products and warranties that they offer. Ask them who they employ. Ask them how their clean up process is. Ask them how they can expect communication from their company during the project. The more questions you ask the better!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What kind of company am I investing in with this roofing project? What’s their company and personal core values? What’s so special about their company compared to other contractors in The Valley?
