Our office will schedule a no obligation roof inspection where our inspector will discuss roof condition and options for repair, maintenance or replacement.

Modern Desert Roofing is a Tucson Rubberized, Owen’s Corning and Polyglass Preferred Contractor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Both our owners have a real estate background and have built many homes throughout the Tucson area from the ground up with a roofing family background dating back 30 years.

All types. We service all roofs

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Tobacco Barn, a known stop next to Desert Diamond Casino. A highly pitched roof where our experienced crews took about a week and a half to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the contractor is licensed and insured. Ask questions and get a feel for who is knowledgeable in the industry and not just selling you a roof.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What type of roof do I have? Are we looking for repairs or replacement? Is it worth repairing if we’ll have to replace soon? Will we use financing?
