I started my own business after working for a number of large roofing companies. I learned a wide variety of applications and perfected them. My goal is to provide my experience and High quality services to my customers at a reasonable price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We follow the guide lines of other Roofing companies in our area as well as Insurance companies.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process begins when the customer contacts us through thumbtack. Once we get the customers information we schedule an appointment for a Free Estimate. Either my sells rep or I will meet with the owner to take measurements and write up a cost estimate for the owner. If the owner agrees to the estimate, we send over contracts to confirm the job so we can begin working on their home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My Education is school of hard knocks . We are in the process of getting applicator certified with a number of roofing manufactures.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working with my father at a young age. We worked for a number of companies where I learned all aspects of the roofing industry. After learning the in's and out's of the roofing industry I decided to branch out and start my own business in my hometown.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with customers on a variety of roof's. Flat to steep. Big and small.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently completed a large metal roof in Williamson Valley Az

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Asking how long will I have to wait until the roofer starts the job after I pay my deposit? Also check with the companies if they are able to begin the job while your insurance is pending.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is my roof covered under my home owners insurance policy ?
