What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is designed to meet your needs. We offer competitive rates, price matching to ensure you get the best deal, and flexible financing options to make your purchase even more manageable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once a customer inquires about a roofing project, we send one of our trained estimators out to survey the roof. They write up a detailed estimate along with capturing photos of wear and tear, damage, wood rot, etc... that needs addressing. Once the estimate is sent (typically within 24 hours of the roof-walk, excluding weekends), the homeowner can review their options and move forward with the project. Axis Roofing prides ourselves on our constant contact throughout the estimate to signing process and are happy to answer any questions that arise. Once papers are signed, material is ordered and production date scheduled.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team at Axis Roofing brings 40 years of combined experience in the roofing industry. We hold a range of certifications and credentials, including GAF Certification, a General Contractor License, IICRC certification, EPA certification, and HAAG certification. Additionally, we are proud to have an Insurance Adjuster License (#15738587) and to have been voted Best of Mesa. Our extensive training and industry recognition ensure top-quality workmanship and service for every project.

A typical roof project can get done in under a week, but a lot depends on scope of the project and size of the roof.
