What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

No we do not have a standard pricing system because every job is different and requires pricing for the job and or changes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will return their call and introduce ourselves and find out what it is they need done. After the initial introduction we will give them a bid for the job requested and an estimate in the length of time the job will take to complete.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

30+ years of building custom homes, hotels, restaurants, Self Storage facilities, & repairing storm damaged properties.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was a teenager, I worked doing drywall during the summers. I continued in the construction industry working in Hawaii on Hi rise hotels & condo in Waikiki after graduation from the University of Hawaii and got my license as a general contractor.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers, including custom built homeowners, apartment owners, homeowners that need remodeling, storage unit owners and investors. Just about any kind of customer has been our clientele.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We built a custom home that was over 30,000 sq. ft. in Paradise Valley, AZ. The home 9 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, theater, video arcade, & included a full size basketball court indoors, maids quarters, swimming pool with waterfalls and swim up bar and a huge waterslide.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you are looking for a contractor, choose one that you get along with and has the same ideas that you are trying to accomplish.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Our customers need to know what they want to do or be open to suggestions by the professional. They need to have a timeline in mind as to when they need the job complete by and how much they can afford to spend to accomplish the job.
