What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We always try our very best to be honest and fair with our pricing, as well as competitive. We give veteran discounts, as well as a few bundle discounts. We also give a substantial cash discount as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start by scheduling an inspection of the property. We provide the customer with an inspection report with recommended work to be performed. We then talk about pricing and payment options. From there we schedule the job with our production team and complete the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are fully licensed and bonded as a Roofing and General contractor. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we are very capable of handling all types of projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We began working in the roofing industry in high school working for another roofing company.

We have worked with all types of customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We completed a beautiful project on a home built in the 1800s. The roof needed to be completely reframed with all new decking and facia. The roof looked amazing after completion.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask lots of questions and make sure to check the ROC to see if the contractor is licensed and in good standings with the state. Also reading reviews is helpful.

How big is your home? What is your overall goal for your project, what is your budget? How soon do you want the project done?
