We are a small family-owned and faith-based business that strives to build relationships one customer at a time. We are located in Conway, Arkansas. We are licensed with the Arkansas Contractors Board. We are fully insured and have 25 years of experience. We do quality work and we stand by our work. We provide residential customers with roof replacement, roof repair, roof maintenance, storm-related roof damage, metal roofs, patio covers, additions, screen-ins, siding, fencing, windows, doors, and some residential interior remodeling work. We work with insurance companies, mortgage companies, banking institutions, home owners associations and code enforcement to assure our customers projects are handled with ease. We love being able to build relationships with our customers and getting to know what their needs and desires are so that we can help them find the most appropriate services and products to suit their needs and budget.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We price our materials through local companies and we give you that exact price. We do not get any overhead on materials. We won't be the highest bid but we might not be the lowest. We bid our work on quality work and both direct and indirect expenses to get the work done. We do run discount specials throughout the year. We offer a referral bonus of $50, if a customer refers another who signs with us. We also offer a sign bonus. We will put a sign in customers yard after we sign the customer. If the customer is willing to keep the sign posted in their yard for an atleast an additional 60 days we will give the customer a $50 advertising bonus.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After being contacted by customer, we will set a time to come to customer's home and do an inspection of their roof or consult on other projects and discuss with customer their options. We will then go back to office and prepare an estimate. We will email over an estimate and if customer is satisfied with estimate we will set-up a time to sign contract and pickup down payment. At that meeting we will discuss timeline goals and arrange to get project on the schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have passed the National Roofing Contracter Testing through International Code Council as well as the National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies Testing. We have 25 years of experience in construction, specifically roofing and carpentry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

About 25 years ago, Angel(co-owner) started working as a roofing laborer. He moved up to a roofing leadman running his own crews. Later, he decided to start his own business and started sub-contracting from General Contractors. Finally, decided to do the testing for General and Roofing Contractor to be able to attain his own work.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did all the El Paso County and City of Colorado Springs parks restrooms, pavilions, and sheds. We removed wood shake on all of them and installed metal. We specialize in metal. The project took 2 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Watch out for contractors who want you to sign an open-ended contract.
