What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Labor, materials, travel, fuel, taxes, etc. is included in our pricing unless otherwise noted. We utilize unit pricing in most cases. We offer bulk, volume, and or quantity discounts as well as discounts for veterans, senior citizens, first responders, etc. We offer discounts to all of our personal referral customers. We often run different discounts each month as well. Be sure to ask your specialist about any discounts before the estimate is sent.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We send a trained and qualified specialist out to the customer's property for an evaluation. During the evaluation, measurements, pictures, and diagrams are created. We will issue an estimate ASAP. When moving forward with scheduling the job, we take a deposit to hold a scheduled date and source materials. We will take final payment after work is completed and the customer has signed off.
