Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We only do drain and sewer service work. We offer flat rate competitive pricing so that you can be assured that we are there to solve the issue you called us for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We want to earn your long-term trust, not a quick sale. Every situation is a bit unique. Our technicians will arrive on-site, evaluate what it will take to fix your problem, and provide options that gets you flowing again within your budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Zoom Drain uses the latest training curriculum to ensure that all of our technicians are trained on the latest technologies and safety practices.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We saw a need for a reliable, reputable drain service provider that is just as passionate about its customers as it is about its employees. Zoom Drain is a great place to start your career.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Residential, Residential Property Managers, Facility Managers, Restaurant Owners, and other contractors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We had a large retirement home call in a bit of a panic after hours because their kitchen sinks were not draining. Chefs couldn't cook and residents couldn't eat. We arrived within 90 minutes in our Super Service Truck. We let those drains know who was boss before riding off into the sunset with happy residents waving us goodbye (OK, they didn't really wave us goodbye, but the facility manager was dang happy to finally go home after a long day and residents looked forward to an evening meal).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
If the advertised price for a service seems too good to be true, it probably is.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How old is the home (homes over 50 years old will often have drains that are deteriorating)? Do you use liquid drain cleaners (pipes don't like that stuff, consider an inspection)?
