What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I only charge fees for Long drives. 50+ miles. and that's is split between us. I do offer discounts depending on length, and depth of job. And with the right circumstances my prices are negotiable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Phone interview beforehand if possible, to get familiar with eachother. Request lots of pictures, as to come as prepared as possible. And always show up on time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

2.5 Years of trade school, 14 years of residential maintenance, 6 years of customer service and interaction, 3 years of training and team coordination, 3 years of sales experience and customer relations, 2.5 years of industrial maintenance and last but not least 5 years of personal development and growth, I will always bring a smile and great attitude to any situation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started in my teens helping my grandparents take care of their properties, and I've grown ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

ALL TYPES! Literally 😅. From animal rescue, to mold removal and repair, to emergency calls to a Air BnB guest who can't get the Wi-Fi to work. If I'm not 100% certain I can do the job, I will tell you, and help you find someone who is.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Hot water tank that had been leaking for months, mold damage, new sub floor and hot water tank. Most proud about getting the textured walls matched. total time was 35 hrs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't be afraid to ask simple or silly questions, we are specialists, we know somethings won't make sense. And if the person you are asking can't explain it in a simple way for you, they don't know enough either.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are you able to set the TIME aside for the project at hand, or are you Willing to trust your hired help to make your image come true.
