What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Every customer that calls TradeWorksNW, will have a licensed technician at their home or business to help provide answers and solutions for the project at hand.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians go through a 3 year hands on training before taking their trade license test. Every 2 yrs the technicians have to complete 16 hours of continuing education courses. TradeWorksNW technicians go over in house training classes one day per week.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Personally, I started 26 years ago. Got into the trade because I wanted to be a plumber.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers. Residential and Commercial. Big jobs and small jobs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a customer that had call 3 other plumbing companies to find a leak with no success. Here at TradeWorksNW, we will not leave unless we have answers. We will help our customers. Our customers are like family!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you get a quote from TradeWorksNW, before you agree to anything;)
