Introduction

I am a one man operation that has been working on septic systems and sewers for close to 15 years. I have the ability to diagnose and fix most things when it comes to septic systems and sewers. I pride myself in being honest and up front when it comes to my job. I am very thorough when diagnosing and problem solving. Word of mouth has been the only advertising I have ever done. Call me and give me a chance to prove it to you!

I have up front, flat rate pricing. I hate surprises and do my best by being thorough to make sure they do not happen.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet in person and go over the reason I am called out. I really like to take a look at the problem in person before saying too much about so that I am not giving false information. I make sure that I do whatever I can to make sure my customers fully trust me and my process.
