What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer upfront bids at fair prices, and charge materials at cost.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We'll review your request, then give you a call to discuss the details and secure some images of the workspace. After the work is performed you'll receive a digital summary with images, and an email invoice that links to our secure payment portal.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians have 10+ years experience working in maintenance and home repair, and are full time employees.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Para Home Services was launched in response to a shortage of great options for comprehensive home maintenance at the quality and consistency customers deserve.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all manner of customers, from all walks of life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We happily work with customers on small projects every day. In a more recent, larger project, we were able to help restore a customer's kitchen after she'd experienced water damage. The project included sink repair, cabinet installation, floor repair, and drywall repair in the room below. We got the job done ahead of schedule at half the price of her lowest bid.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take the time to get good images of the issue so that the provider can come prepared with the right parts and tools.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think through the full list of things you need done: Bundling them into a larger visit means you're paying for value, not for drive time.
