What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Estimates are always free of charge. Our pricing is based on the job and it's complexity. Our pricing very competitive and usually beats other companies. We offer discounts to senior citizens (65+) and military personnel.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will speak with you via phone to understand the issue. The owner schedules an appointment to come out and assess the job, discuss options and provide a written estimate. Customers will be scheduled once they approve American Plumbing to complete the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

At American Plumbing, waterline replacement and repair is our specialty. We have worked diligently to maintain the skills, knowledge and equipment to keep up with the demands of today's customers. We devote all our plumbing and construction skills to be the best underground water service contractor in the area.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The trenchless technology used by our company was invented by the owner and his father in the 1970's. American Plumbing has used this method since the company started in 1996. We have successfully installed over 20,000 water services since then for our residential and commercial customers. Our knowledge and experience offers our customers the most practical and efficient way to replace broken water pipes.

99.9% of our jobs are completed in 1 day. Our experience has allowed us to see every different type of property in the region, and we use the most practical and cost efficient way to complete jobs for our customers and get them back in service in a timely manner.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

1. Verify that you have a leak in your underground water service by contacting your local water authority. 2. Check for customer ratings at multiple sources such as Better Business Bureau, Google, Yelp, Angie's List, etc. 3. Be sure to get a guarantee in writing. 4. Check with your homeowner's insurance for coverage. 5. Go with a contractor who specializes in underground water services. 6. Get several estimates to make sure you are provided the best price, best guarantee and best option for you.

1. How much will this cost? 2. How long will it take? 3. Are there additional costs if the planned estimate doesn't work? We do not change our estimate to a higher cost EVER. 4.
