What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introduction about our company our core values. Getting to know the client and their needs getting to know the mechanical system of the home. How many times has a service professional been called and what work did they perform. Is todays problem a reoccurring issue?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

4 year college gas certified in iron and csst flexible piping. Excavation and trench shoring certified. High pressure jetting and drain certified confined space entry certified cpr certified

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Summer job while still in high school originally. Became aware of my mechanical abilities trough the summer and love the aspect of helping others! 25 years experience

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Received an after hours emergency call from an elderly woman who was clearly distressed! Told her we would be out within the hour she was very happy to hear because the previous 5 or more companies couldn’t make it out to her that evening and her basment was flooding!! Upon our arrival she greeted us with lots of praise. We ended up taking care of her plugged up sewer making all the water go down the drain where it belonged. After work was done we sat and visited and got to know one another. Helping others is what we are here to do not just in the service industry but as human beings. It gives us great sense of purpose and we are so very fortunate to be able to do this daily. Be kind

Make sure they are insured registered with the state

Is this something a professional is needed for? Have we set aside a budget for this project? Is this something that I should get multiple bids for? Should my spouse or significant other be involved in the decision making process. For senior citizens should I have my children or spouse in the decision making process?
