Introduction

We are an experienced company that puts an emphasis on doing each and every job right the first time. We don't believe in the band aid approach to solving problems as we don't consider it a quality, warrany-worthy repair. We do all types of repairs from small faucet installations, all the way to sewer repairs and replacements. We strive to earn not only your business for today, but your business for tomorrow as well.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We give free estimates on all servicies from drain cleaning to large scale plumbing repairs and installations. We do provide senior and military discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We treat all customers with the same respect and courtesy whether you are a regular customer we've serviced for years or you're calling us for the first time!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
As a company we are a licensed plumbing, HVAC, general contracting and excavation company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work in both the residential and commercial sectors. We've done repair and installation work for companies like Reams Grocery, Jordan and Park City school districts, Thanksgiving Point, Solace Solar, Plaza 47 and many more I can't remember.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Thanksgiving Point had approx 300' of broken rotted out sewer line running through the entire length of the kitchen as well as underneath their loading dock and into the parking lot. Given the sensitive area we were working in-the kitchen- we had to be extremely cautious of dirt and dust particles getting in the air. So we had to work select overnight hours and set up a very elaborate dust containment system. We had to make a total of 4 holes inside the building and 1 hole outside to expose the broken sections of pipe and from those same holes we were able to either pipe line or pipe burst the remaining 270' of pipe. Given the limited days and hours we could work on the project it took a total of around 3 weeks to complete the project but with very little interruption or inconvenience to the staff.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Quality, experience and warranties I feel are more important than cost. The guy up the street who happens to work on cars part time may give you a great price to fix your car but if it breaks down in 2 days is he gonna stand behind his work? Probably not. He's gonna shake his head, tell you he's done what he can and refer you to the specialists. Plumbing is no different.
