We try our best to be competitivly priced and we give FREE estimates to diagnose needed repairs for sewer, water, and irrigation. It's hard to give you exact pricing on our different services because every home has its own unique factors. Thats why we like to come out and give you an estimate, walk you through your options so as to respect your time, and give you the best solution for your budget. We don't want you paying more for something than you need to.

Upon receiving a request for work we gather a little information from the customer and do our best to make it out within 24hrs, to give you the estimate. Steps to our estimate process are simple and takes no more than 30 minutes in most cases. Upon arrival the technician does a pre-inspection of your drainage line/lines. This helps us to figure out what the issue is and where exactly it's located. From there we will walk you through your options, and decide the best solution to fit you and your home. If its a more extensive job(Pipe repair/replacement) you will recieve an estimate within 24 hrs. If its drain cleaning(Hydro jetting or using a cable driven snake) they will give you a price on the spot. If your issue is able to be resolved quickly they may offer to do it during that time. Otherwise you'll be put into our next available slot if you choose.

Not only do we have years of experience, but we obtain multiple certifications for the different services we offer as well as on the equipment we operate. We also recieve continuing education muliple times a year to stay up on the latest and most efficent solutions for your sewer and drainage lines.

I started working as a sewer line inspection tech for another company. Seeing hundreds of different sewer lines, and all the different issues customers were experiencing, I saw how little options they were given. Most options were SUPER expensive, took a long time, and were very invasive, which dont get me wrong is the only opotion and necessary sometimes. I also knew there had to be better technology out there to be able to provide more solutions for customers. I began my journey of research, and decided I wanted to start my own company(which was in New Mexico), so I could help solve property owners issues in a more efficient and cost effive way. I invested in myself and attended multiple training courses, as well as the equipment required to exaute my plan, and started my own company....Fast forward serveral years now I've been sucessfully providing all kinds of sewer and drain line solutions, as well as sewer and irrigation for my customers to best fit their needs and budget. My little but growing family and I just moved to Utah to be closer to family. I'm continuing my passions, and started New Pipe here in Utah, hoping to help those in the community by offering my knowelege and specialties.

Well it's hard to pick just one, but I helped a young couple out who had recently purchased their first home, and their sewer line started having major back up issues. They gave me a call, and I went out and gave them an inspection to find they had SEVERE root intrusion at every joint in their main sewer line from the home to the street, about 60ft. This was creating major back ups, causing flooding in their basement. I came out and hydro jetted their whole line. Hydro jetting is high pressure water that provides your line a wall to wall cleaning. It can also cut through roots and clears them away. So after about 4 hours I had their line completely cleared roots and all, and it was back to draining smoothly again. It was great to see the relief in their faces because they weren't in a place to do a full sewer line replacement at that time.

I would say just to do your research, ask alot of questions, make sure their licensed and insured, and that it's ok to get second opinions..

Most issues have multiple solutions, some are just temporary but it can give you enough time to save and get in the right spot to pay for the more permanent solution if thats what you need. So I would ask: What are the diiferent options I have even if some are a temporary fix? How long will this project take? Do you offer warranties or guarentees on your work? If so for how long and what does it cover? And just ask the specifics of each service.. how is it performed? and what will it do to the issue?
