What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We come out for free and examine the issue before giving pricing. We want to make sure we give an accurate bid and that there are not any surprises for the customer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our typical process is meeting the customer at the door, putting on our protective equipment to keep floors and other areas clean, perform our assessment by reviewing the issue with the customer and inspecting the issue. Next we provide a written estimate for approval before any work starts.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working on my own rental properties. Then Zoom Drain came along and I decided this was the future for me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with residential and commercial customers. We have worked with many do it yourselfers who got to a point were they were stuck. We also are happy to work with those who just want to know that the job will get done. We love showing our work and offering our expertise to help those out in need.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Most of our projects are completed in a day. One of our favorites was an older house that we had to go through the pipe of the roof with a snake and then 150 feet with the hydro-jetter to get the job down. You can see our picture with William on the roof getting it done.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend hiring a company that focuses on what they need to get done. We have great trucks and equipment and pride ourselves on handling most jobs in one trip.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would ask if they will be able to do the job in one trip. I would also ask for them to be able to explain their work in an understandable way.
