I do have a two hour minimum on small projects and repairs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Start with job description and free estimate. An important piece of process is to build a good customer/contractor relationship.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started after leaving the military as a machinist. Started with small jobs and grew to larger jobs as I gained experience. I have always loved building and designing projects.

Residential and commercial

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t just use price as the decision on a project. Find a contractor that will listen and work with you to create what you want not what they want to do. You should be able to give feedback to contractor and not feel like being ignored.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

That the contractor has the knowledge to complete the project professionally and also the ability to assess and fix unforeseen problems that may come up with a project.
