What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All mold prevention inspections are FREE! Also, water damage is more often than not, covered by home owners insurance. Our clients often never receive a bill from us!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A quick phone call is always step one. If you have a flood, leak or any suspected amount of water damage, we can have our technicians at your home for a free inspection within 30 minutes. Our Technicians come in with thermal cameras, moisture meters, and boot covers for a detailed inspection, outlining how far the damage has gone as well as how our team may go about restoring your home to normal! Throughout the process, our clients can rest assured that we will be CLEAN, quick, and respectful.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians are certified by the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our small family business has been running for over 30 years! We started in Seattle, WA as one of the first companies in the area that exclusively specialized in water damage restoration. We have since moved to Austin, TX to help homeowners with the terrible freezes that have been occurring in Texas.

What types of customers have you worked with?

With work with people of all backgrounds. We don't discriminate in any way. We are a Christian faith based small family business that is dedicated to serving others :)

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently had a client with small toilet leak. They were able to clean up the water themselves, however, they were concerned if any of the water absorbed into the drywall. It's a good thing they called, because the water had absorbed almost 6 inches up the wall! We set up our drying equipment and everything was taken finished in 3 days!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please, do not cut corners. Water may seem harmless, but left untreated can pose some serious health risks to you and your family. Mold starts growing within 24-48 hours. Don't wait.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The first thing a customer should ask is what steps will the contractor be taking to ensure my home is protected. Do they set up dust control precautions? Do they wear boot covers? Are they CLEAN? We understand the importance taking the utmost care of your property.
