Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I’m not the most expensive, but I’m not the cheapest either. But I will promise you after my work is done you will have no complaints about my price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Before I start any work, I will make sure my customer is more than comfortable with going with my estimate. I always let customers know it never hurts to get a second opinion. Even if I’m not doing the work I’ll make sure to educate my customer with what work needs to be done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I’ve been through many classes, tankless training, water treatment training I do at minimum an 8 hr continuing education class yearly

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I’ve basically been in plumbing all my life, every since the days I was able to start walking my grandfather and dad have been taking me out on jobs. So it basically kind of runs in the bloodstream.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with all types of customers and I’ve always treated them all the same. I’m here to make sure every one of my customers home is sanitary for their health and safety of not only them but for the city of San Antonio and surrounding cities.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I do large Tunnel jobs, which consist of replacing pipe under homes, typically I can open to close a tunnel within two weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Before you commit to any work, make sure to ask your technician all the questions you feel you need to ask even if you think they are dumb questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
It never hurts to call a professional and at least get their advice before something bad happens when you start playing with something you don’t know much about
