Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently received a call from a customer who was complaining about not having hot water. Having solved that problem, a second issue arose which was a dishwasher water supply connection leak. After further investigation it was discovered that the kitchen cabinets and walls had water damage. We were able to not only fix the leak but make the client aware of the situation.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I believe the most important factor in choosing a company is to first verify that they have the required state and local trades licenses and are insured. Price should be the last factor in choosing a company because not all companies are created equal.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
