What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We give upfront flat rate pricing before we begin any work. Due to lower overhead we are often more affordable then many of the big companies and offer the highest service and workmanship in the business.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we arrive at the customers home, we will gather information about the problem they are having. We will do an investigation to get familiar with the home and then present options for repair or replacement. Once finished, we will clean up our job site and complete invoice/payment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Responsible master plumber with the yearly training and continuing education.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started plumbing as a summer job right out of high school when I was 17. I found that I really enjoyed working with my hands and solving peoples problems. Almost 20 years later. I still enjoy the trade and believe we offer the best plumbing service experience in the area!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all sorts of customers, but have found homeowners that take pride in homeownership become repeat, satisfied customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a whole house sewer replacement on a home built in the 60s. The cast-iron sewer lines underneath the home were deteriorating and causing backups. This project took about a week from start to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I always recommend getting as many estimates and opinions as it takes for you to find someone you like and trust.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A few questions I think customers should ask a professional are: 1-Are you properly licensed and insured? 2-What are your warrantees/guarantees? 3-Do you have fixed, flat rate pricing? 4-Are you an expert at what I'm looking to have done?
