I charge $100 an hour with a $100 minimum. I price the way I do because it let's people know that I am serious and I stand by my work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process is 1. Phone call to establish base. 2. Go out to property to meet and assess. 3. Review the job and expectations with the customer. 4. Build initial quote invoice for customer. 5. Customer reviews quote and gives me the ok to start work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've spent 20 years in the Navy as a builder. I've seen it all.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up Ranching, so we had to do everything. Then another 20 years in the navy plus being a homeowner for 20 years.

Just make sure you know exactly what type of provider you need. If you need a permit, hire a contractor. If your job is going to be more than $3k, how a contractor.
