What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have very completive pricing as we are not the highest nor our we the lowest. We believe in being fair while still delivering high quality craftsmanship from our smaller to larger projects.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Each project begins with scheduling a date to look at the work needed to be done. Most projects will require us to come out to inspect the work in order to give an estimate. Smaller jobs may not require us to physically come to the job site, as pictures will suffice. All estimates are free.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked in the construction industry over 10 years. In this time frame I have worked not only for myself, but with major companies as a foreman and project manager. I specialize in bathroom remodels and handyman repairs of all sorts. I have more than 5000 hours in plumbing experience under two master plumbers. In addition, all member of my crew have adequate experience if not more.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in this line of work with my father as a teenager working summers and weekends.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with an array of customers such as veterans, customers who need ADA , commercial and residential clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We take pride in all of our jobs however, it is a privilege to have recently remodel the bathroom of a wounded hero that lose his ability to use his legs. The project took about a week long once worked began. Its was amazing experience

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The advice I would give my customers is to get all the information they can about their project before reaching out to professionals . This includes color schemes, material they might want, pictures from other projects they like, and if possible an ideal budget they'll like to stay in. This will make giving estimate easier and faster.Lately, after gathering all tis information get multiple quotes from different contractors.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

* What exactly do they want done? * What's their budget ? * How long will each project take? * What unforeseen conditions might there be that could cause price changes?
