What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We give upfront flat rate pricing before beginning any work. We offer discounts for Seniors, Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, EMS and Nurses. We also offering financing options.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We pride ourselves on being respectful of a customers time and residence. We try to give as accurate of an estimated time of arrival and none of our technicians smoke. We wear shoe covers when entering the property and clean up after every job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I completed an apprenticeship prior to becoming licensed. I was lucky enough to work side by side with a master plumber for the majority of my training which gave me an edge on knowledge and problem solving. I also have completed Rinnai trainings on tankless waters heater repairs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After getting my degree in computer science and working as a software developer for 7 years I got a rare opportunity to hop into the trades. I enjoy being out and dealing with the variety of work that plumbing offers me.

I have worked with a variety of customers from homeowners, landlords, property managers and tenants.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I responded to a call for a tankless water heater not working. After taking the unit apart I discovered a wasp nest in the air intake was causing the issue. After removing the tankless working flawlessly.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you get the scope of work and an agreed upon price before any work starts. Also never pay for the entire job upfront sometimes for larger jobs a 50% deposit is required which is typical for plumbing industry.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would say take the time and speak with several professionals and listen to your gut when choosing someone.
