Real simple 2 hr min is 75. After that its 30an hr..for 350 a day..materials at cost

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I do a basic bid or price out deal, explaining the price and what's expected ,, then I meet day of appt and go over up from what's expected , Clearly giving details as to how I accept payments . and why.. then proceed to do the work when anything unexpected comes up being fair to let all know what's and why ...then clean up and bill the customer ...get payed out ...then hope for a good review ..

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All the time the last one was my certification for hvac / full carpenter journeymen / lots a tech courses ./ .seninairs ..

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My wife`s friend years ago asked me the first couple times then it grew through the years..

What types of customers have you worked with?

Plumbing upgrades...showers baths floors ceramic or real wood..all types of moldings and crown..electricial..from basic switchs to lost power circuits needed traced out

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Moved a family into the a new 12 bedroom 10 bath mansion...20 5x 6 pieces of art....hung several tvs with conceiling plugs..built my wife a full set of pecan cabinets ..wallpapered for the casino owners..lots a things ..fun stuff

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Buy all the fixtures first ..never begin a 5 part process without all 5 pieces onsite..

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I dont look 60ty but I am and this home repair business has always treated me well..never be a millionaire but some of the smiles I get leaving the site after complete ..then getting that next new project later ..I ask have u missed me ..they always say glad to have u back !!
