What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide upfront pricing before any repairs are made to ensure your satisfaction. You will not have to watch the clock while Molberg Plumbing is on-site. For just an $60 dispatch a fully licensed, insured, and qualified Molberg Plumbing Technician will arrive in a fully stocked van ready to resolve your issue same day. Once those repairs are made the dispatch is waived. We have weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly discounts that can be found on our website. We also offer financing to assist in spreading out these untimely repairs with no prepayment penalties.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To provide friendly, honest, quality service; ensuring a lifelong relationship as your go to plumbing company.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

2years college business and communications major; 20 years in the plumbing service industry. Navien and Rinnia Tankless certified. Picote and LightRay trenchless sewer repair certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It started as a High School summer job that has turned into a 20 year career.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We replaced all the drain lines at a home removing all the existing rotted cast iron piping. In addition we prepped the home for a future reroute of the water lines through the attic space.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure who you are hiring is a fully trained, licensed, insured plumbing technician who warranties their work and is pulling permits with the city. Make sure they are not subcontractors or handymen who don’t have the proper license, training or insurance. When an accident happens your insurance will have to cover the damages.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is the company sending a qualified, trained, fully licensed and insured technician. Are they knowledgeable in plumbing code and following licensing law and board rules or just a subcontractor or handyman. The customer can/should ask for proof of license from the plumber!
