Customers should know that im here to help them and to feed my family. If they consider the price is to high we can always talk about it and come to an agreement when i can do less i will do less but is not always possible.

Getting to know what they like and want so we can keep them happy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Everyday on the job for years has been my training. There is nothing better than learning hands on.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My family is been in the business for as long as i remember. So growing up easiest thing for me to start doing was concrete.

I have worked with many types of customers but i understand all of them because every customer wants a good job done.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I like doing different things and learning everyday. A bathroom project we did that lasted 3 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

sometimes cheaper ends up been more expensive. Be really carefull of who you hire specially when it comes to concrete.

The size of the patio driveway or whatever job they want to complete.
