What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I try to be as fair as I can. I know that times are hard. I get it. So I'm always willing to work with everyone on a good price

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I introduce myself and will explain who I am and why I am there. I ask to see the work area/ appliance. I assess the problem and offer a remedy and then fix it. if they have any questions they can feel free to ask at any time an I will give the customer the honest truth. I'm not in this business because of the money. I do it because I like to help people

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been taught my plumbing skills by learning from some of the best Comercial and residential plumbers in knoxville

How did you get started doing this type of work?

it was just like falling into a cold pool at first I didn't know what to do and then once the shock wore off I got use to it and figured it out

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have work with some of the Smartest people around and I have also worked with some the I believe we're certifiably insane.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was the lead plumber over the lovell crossing apartments that were hit by the tornadoes that hit knoxville in 2023. It took almost 2 years to fully complete the 8 damaged buildings that had 24-28 separate units in each building. I had to redo almost all water lines and drain lines and fixtures (tub and showers, faucets and toilets) in the buildings

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't just let someone sell you a bandaid get pleanty of options

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

always think about ho prices are on the rise and the aren't ever going to drop back down. Inflation will always be on the rise and plumbing is typically expensive.
