Introduction

Craftsmanship and transparency are the foundations of our business. We believe in doing things the RIGHT way, from beginning to completion. We provide our customers with as much information as possible every step of the way to help them make informed decisions about their repairs and installations. We pride ourselves on recommending necessary repairs and services, and never selling customers things they don’t need.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We do have a minimum service charge to come onsite to inspect/diagnose/estimate the job. However, if you choose to move forward with one of our repair options presented, that service charge is waived in lieu of the price of the repair.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Our typical flow is to gather as many details as possible from the customer ahead of time, preferably with photos or video as well. Some jobs can be estimated before arriving onsite, while others cannot be based on the circumstances. Once we arrive onsite we will inspect/diagnose the issue, explain the situation to the customer as clearly as possible, then present a few options/prices on how to proceed. We like to inform our customers as much as possible, then empower them to make the best choice for their situation and budget.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Years of formal education, and decades of learning on the job.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I’ve been plumbing my entire adult life, just sort of fell into the trade when I was young.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with all types of customers in all settings. Residential jobs in all types/sizes of homes, large scale commercial customers, and quite a few industrial customers as well.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Verify licensing, and check for reviews/referrals.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Always have a general idea of what you need/want to accomplish, a general budget in mind, and a ballpark idea of what that service costs to perform. As a service company, the more informed the customer is, the easier the process is for everybody.
