What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I'll try to work with your budget and always try to be as efficient and timely at possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Generally I walk thru the project listen to what the customer is wanting. Give any advise or recommendations I believe would be in the customers best interest. Then come up with our game plan together.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Mostly self trained over the last 20 years but have soldering and basic electronics training from my time spent in the army national guard.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing carpet installation when I was 15, over time branched out to handyman work and now focus on plumbing but still take on allot of other projects.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all different types of customers. Commercial and residential.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently custom built a 4 inch freeze out spigot because that size has to be ordered and the customer was in a hurry to finish the punch list as to sell the house. He had contacted other plumbers who said they had to order the part but I was able to get the job done that day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's always best to make sure they have references and proof of past projects.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Best to have a good timeline as to when the job is to be started and when it needs to be finished.
