Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our prices are by the project rather than hourly, however, smaller tasks may be billed hourly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We provide free estimates. This allows us to meet our customers face to face and start building a successful business relationship.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a bachelor’s degree in Business and nearly two decades of hands on experience in construction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with my father’s company over summer breaks.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with hundreds of different customers. My ideal customer has an idea of what they are trying to accomplish. Inspiration pictures are very helpful to understand and follow through with meeting our customer’s expectations.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Our projects vary greatly but recently we did a unique master bathroom. A typical complete bathroom renovation can take 2-3 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I always tell my customers to get multiple quotes. It not only helps them learn more about the budgeting of their project but it can also be a great way to get other perspectives and ideas for that project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Our customers should be ready to commit to the process of starting and completing a project. It can be a stressful time having new people in their home altering their daily routines. Customers should think about their budget, schedule and vision prior to initiating a conversation with a professional.
