What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

pricing is flat rate. estimates are free, and i offer 1 year warranty on plumbing work

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

i ask questions pertaining to the history of the plumbing in the home. i diagnose. then i offer options that best fits the customers budget. i perform the work and follow up 2 to 3 days later for report on customer satisfaction and quality of work done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

i have over 5 years plumbing experience in residential and commercial plumbing. i have a course certification from plumbers training institute, i am Cmc-A certified and i have an LLP plumbers license.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

i was hired as an apprentice and worked my way up to pump truck driver, then to technician and then went on to get my CMCA Mechanical plumbing Certification.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds, i try to keep a consistent relationship with all of my customers by following up and checking in on work that ive done for them

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

i recently repiped a laundry drain that was backing up and flooding the customers home.we were able to reroute the drain a shorter distance and save the customer some money. it took about 4 hours.

Do your research. makes sure they have solid reviews and a good reputation
