What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Drain cleaning is a skill that takes time to learn. There’s a feel to handling a cable and knowing how drainage systems work. Experience in this field can mean quick resolutions but that experience will be backed with flat rate charges instead of an hourly basis.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Assess the situation, reassure the customer I know exactly the best way to handle the problem. K carefully set up equipment and get to work to restore services!

10 years in field/ on job training with seasoned professionals

Was introduced to the line of work from a friend just out of highschool

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Helped restore flow to a friends tub at her apt that claimed she had poor drainage for 4 years. Took around a half hour and claimed I was I magician!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t be afraid to ask questions to test your providers knowledge!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask for options. There are typically annual serviceable options instead of making major repairs!
