What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are in business to make a profit without overcharging our clients but we are not able to work for less than $75.00/ hr for first technician and $25.00 / hr for helper. A small fee applies for emergency services depending on distance from our home office. 10% off for new customers 15% off for seniors.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Making sure that the customer is satisfied by thoroughly explaining the job process before starting the project.

International Code Council certification

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started working as a construction materials and installation inspector and became really interested in completing the work myself since I had to know how to do the work before being able to inspect it.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Completed ceiling fan replacement it took approximately 35 minutes per unit

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do all the research you possibly can on someone you are going to allow inside your home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask for references of specific tasks before hiring someone who claims to know everything but really doesn’t know much of anything.
