Introduction

My name is Kevin Egan, the owner of my company. I've been a plumber since 1998 and became a licensed plumbing contractor for residential proprties only in 2006. Additionally, I have become an expert with drywall and painting projects. I can be the contractor for all of your needs. I go above and beyond to make and keep our customers happy.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is quite standard. We do not overly charge our customers. When customers have various projects, it saves to have the projects scheduled at the same time rather not separately.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Respond as quickly as possible, Schedule a free estimate, Build relationship while discussing project, Give a copy of the work order, Schedule the project if hired, Discuss payment options, Complete project, Give receipt and business card, and hopefully gain a long term customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Plumbing Technical School and an apprentice program

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started this type of work by working for a general contractor in the summer during high school.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Landlords, tenants, business owners, managers, building managers, and homeowners

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A flood in a condo on the 2cd floor destroyed the downstairs unit. I really like the larger job transforming a destroyed bathroom and bedroom back to not just normal, but brand new again. It was a 5 day project for just myself fixing drywall, replacing ceiling, vynol floor, and laminate floor and then painting.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Definitely do your research by looking at reviews throughout the internet sites and asking for references.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should ask the contractor if they are licensed, insured, and how many years experience they have. They can check the company's reviews if the company is with the BBB or any other sites. Always trust your instincts, if the contractor does not make you feel completely comfortable, you are not obligated to hire them.
