Our mission at HQ Water Solutions is to provide high-quality water solutions to each and every customer. We pride ourselves on being responsive, honest, fairly-priced, and customer-oriented. Our services include the professional installation, maintenance, and repair of various water-treatment related systems. High-quality water means safer water for you and your family with the added benefit of cost-savings and a positive environmental impact. Stephen, founder of HQ, had a longtime dream of owning his own company & providing the hands-on customer service experiences he thought the industry was lacking and his customers deserved! With nearly 10 years in the commercial/industrial water treatment business, he was ready to venture out on his own and dive headfirst into HQ Water Solutions. Stephen’s wife, Jordan, helps tackle day-to-day operations, including marketing and social media. Stephen and Jordan’s daughter Medina, is another reason Stephen wanted to start his own venture to provide for his family — on his terms. Cheers from the HQ team, & welcome to the family!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer Flat Rate pricing on all new treatment systems. This means our customers all pay the same price!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first like to talk to our customer by phone, text or email. We will then schedule a free water test with on the spot results. The results from the water test will help create custom water treatment options.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 10 years in the water treatment with experince in residential, commercial and industrial industries. My education is in project management, plumbing and electrical.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for my familys business at a young age. I gained knowledge by attending college while working full time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find the right contractor that offers a great product, warranty and does the install by plumbing code. I highley recommend doing your research and ask your contractor questions. Make sure the installation is done correctly that will not cause your home damage or family harm.
