What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have three basic rates that I use. My two-hour minimum rate is $199. My half day rate is $299. My full day rate is $599.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to discuss your work over the phone. Depending what it is we can schedule something right away or I can come take a look at it.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am mostly self taught in the handy man world. I grew up around construction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I taught school for several years. Then my family and I spent several months in Iraq serving refugees there. I help my Dad mow yards in the summer but got into handyman work on my own. I always enjoyed it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I enjoy hanging ceiling fans. The are a small project thats fun. It usually takes me around 2 hr to replace a ceiling fan.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I am here to see how much value I can give you. I want to complete work that you are satisfied with and happy with. Home repairs can be stressful so I want to help you avoid that stress so you can have more time to enjoy with your family and doing the things you enjoy.
