New customers should provide a brief breakdown of their needs, what I should expect during the course of the job, and any special information needed to process the assignment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 10 years of experience as a Professional Restorer has placed me in position to handle most situations and come up with a solution to most problems. B.S. Applied Physics B.A. Mathematics WRT Certified

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began my journey in the restoration industry when I answered an ad for a helper for a Water Mitigation Company. I was working so that I could have spending money for college when I left the following fall. Who would've thought that a summer job would encourage me to continue my career and pick up other skills.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked on projects from various different levels from small residential homes to large commercial apartments/hotels.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be honest and up front. I am flexible
