Introduction

Hello, I'm Lee, a man with a bucket of tools, I strive to make my customers happy by offering a fair price and quality that exceeds that of overpriced professionals. I get the job done right the first time to offer assurance that it won't need to be fixed again. I travel by bus within the city of Philadelphia or where a short 5-minute Lyft ride can take me and my tools. Larger materials and ladders (if needed) will need to be on site. They are not permitted on busses.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I offer an affordable price that won't break the bank. My quality of work is comparable to high price professionals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Establishing good friendly conversation, reassuring that I am the correct person for the job. I will show up on time, work hard until the job is finished. I am polite, courteous and I will be straight forward and let you know if I am unable to complete your project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a certificate of completion from Swenson skills center in carpentry and I have had various construction jobs over the years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I attended trade school in high school and always had a passion to repair items and working with my hands.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with a few customers that their jobs were too much for them to handle and needed the services I can provide

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
It's not really a recent project but my living room. I repainted and installed crown moulding.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
When meeting a pro for first time look at their hands do they look like they been through a war all banged up? Battered and rough maybe some left over paint and his clothes worn and covered with what ever from previous jobs? Does he have smooth hands and his clothes look like they are straight from Macy's. Here's a hint hire the first guy he not afraid to get dirty and put in a hard day's work, the other guy most likely an office nerd and don't know what hard work is. Make sure they have a good reputation a fair price, but not extremely cheap, and will the professional deliver the quality of work you desire?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
is the place needing repairs accessible, ready and clean for repairs or painting ( for painting moving and covering furniture leaving about 4 feet from wall to items in center of room). Is the handyman to hire allergic or afraid of pets? completing research on what is actually going to be spent on materials, so your not blindsided by a quote that's too much. Being aware that it can take more time and money if problems occurs. Can you handle the stress of the pro making dust n debris during his time spent at your establiment. have you planned for hiccups or unforseen circumstances
