We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Zoom Drain & Sewer Service is the continuation of a family plumbing business started by our grandfather in 1948. We started Zoom 25 years ago with our dad and brother out of a spare bedroom and with a little borrowed money. Back then we rode together to service calls in a single truck, with at least one of us sitting on a bucket between the front seats. Those were some tough times, but we had great customers and we worked hard to build a thriving shop. Today we still operate the day-to-day business operations with a team of employees who have been with us for years - helping us attain our goals of professionalism and excellence!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We service residential, commercial and industrial customers. We also work hand in hand with most plumbers. Most general plumbers can do drains to a degree, however, we can help out when it gets beyond what they are equipped for. We also work directly with homeowners, business owners, managers and facilities.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone who is available at all times - drains don't care what day or time it is! Find someone who has the proper equipment at all times - always make sure a water jet and camera is coming... When you have time sensitive emergencies you don't want to sit around waiting on people to pick up equipment!
