I work with homeowners and investors to ensure properties remain in great condition. My base rate for handyman work is $150 for two hours of service and any additional time is billed at $75 per hour.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified HVAC technician.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for a property maintenance company for 2 years and worked industrial maintenance for 1 year. I started taking on “side work” and eventually decided to work for myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I primarily work with homeowners but currently have three commercial clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the individual has liability insurance and ask for references.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask about their background. Make sure they aren’t watching YouTube videos to figure out how to do a repair.
