What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My fees fluctuate as the job at hand becomes more complicated. Some jobs may look easy, but may require more attention to properly fix the problem.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting an idea of exactly what they want. Offering options. I provide a lot of communication so the customer has the opportunity to be involved every step to their liking.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

MVCTC Adult Education Certification Union Apprenticeship

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I did a union apprenticeship.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask as many questions as possible. Have a general idea of what you would like so you are not “sold” something that you may not like. Make sure the contractor is both knowledgeable and confident in their trade.
