Our pricing is based on the job on a case by case basis. Every job is different and there is always the possibility of an unknown circumstance. This is why we prefer to come out and give a visual assessment of the job so that we can point out to the customer the details of the project and the reasoning behind the pricing.

We generally like to come out to the project and do a visual estimate. Our estimates are free. This enhances our customer service by being able to give the customer a more accurate assessment of the scope of the project and there's no surprises with the cost. When our estimate is accepted we provide the customer with our proposal/invoice specifying the terms of payment. We usually require 1/3 of the total cost up front prior to scheduling and starting the job. Once received we confirm the project start date and get ready to provide the customer with a satisfactorily completed job.

My father was a contractor. I started learning the business from the ground up at age 14, learning all facets of home improvements/repair. I have owned my own business for over 20 yrs. I received certification in carpentry from Max Hayes Vocational School. I attended Fortis college HVAC program. I have an associates degree in business from Auburn Community college. Currently working on obtaining certifications in mold remediation, lead paint removal, water restoration, and fire/smoke restoration. Always striving to learn about new procedures and equipment in my trade.

My father was a building contractor who at the age of 14 took me under his wing and taught me the profession from the ground up. I was able to learn the trade thru seasoned professionals at an early age and developed a love for my profession.

I have worked with customer from various socio-economic levels and professions, including housewives, single persons, doctors, lawyers, investors, other contractors, senior citizens, companies, property management companies, and more.

I recently was able to assist a monastary in Cleveland Heights by repairing a crumbling 60 ft. wide, 10 ft. high portion of brick wall that surrounded the convent. This was an outside job and we had to work as weather permitted but we were still able to bring the job home within a time frame that the sisters we happy with, at a reasonable cost, and satisfactory workmanship that passed city inspection on the first inspection.

Look for a provider that is licensed/insured/bonded. Review pictures of previous work done. Even though the pictures may not be of exactly what you want done it will give you an idea of the quality of their workmanship. You should also talk to your contractor and get a feel for their commitment to customer service.

What is their budget for the project. When do they want to start the project. When do they want it completed. What type of materials would they like to use for the project. What are the little details of their project that they want to make sure get completed.
