What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to schedule time when I can visit the site to look at the project. We will discuss any options you may have, and custom fit a design and pick materials that will sustain your vision.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the industry for over 20 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I transitioned into a sales role for a window company back in 2002. Since then, I have experienced a multitude of different aspects of the Exterior home improvement world. Including basement waterproofing, plumbing, roofing, windows, etc...

What types of customers have you worked with?

We enjoy working with everyone. My crews and I have experienced all kinds of folks. We will not say a project is completed without the property owner being completely satisfied.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love all of our projects. We treat your home better than our own properties.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Cheap means you'll be doing it again really soon. We will always help, even if you don't select my company to work with. I really am here to help whomever I come into contact with.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Value is key. I'd much rather walk away from a project if it does not solve the initial problem. We will not just treat the symptoms, we cure the disease. You have to make sure that the initial problem is fully addressed, and that it will not become a larger or smaller problem in the future.
