they have to know i can do two type or with hours payment or i kan see the work and give a total price

I like to have a talk with the client on their needs to see if is something we can help with. talk about the price so he/she feels comfortable and knows what he/she is getting and paying for. if it is a large project or a complex project and i feels is something i need to see. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to a technical school and have a strong back ground on electricity plumbing and painting. I have always been involved in construction working in diferent companies like hvac, electrical, plumbing and a painting throughout my life.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been working on rental properties as a maintenance technician doing all kind of repairs and installation on residents homes

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kinds of customers residential and comercial and theh was very happy with my work

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

my last work is in Manhattan is a sandwich shop in 88 st Lexington im doing everything inside and that was a big project it takes me abaut 7 weeks

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

it doesn't matter to much i have different workers for all types of work i would like some photos. just to have the idea and everything. will be done

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

• if it is a small job or a few hours required I go with the hourly rate but if it something that needs more time, we dont know the time it will take or if the client request it I provide a total price so customers dont worry about the time but instead of the quality of the job.
