I offer flat rate pricing for every job we do. No wasting time to run up the clock. Know exactly what you'll pay before work begins.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically start with a free consult over the phone and follow up with an onsite estimate with work completed that same day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been a builder and home automation speciallist for over 20 years. If we can't do it we know someone that can. From simple maintenance items like changing lights and airfilters to repairs and repairs of unknown issues, custom work, locksmithing, wiring, home networking and internet installation, automation, patching, painting and much much more.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I studied electrical, networking, carptentry, funiture making, upholstry, paint and flooring and have continued my education year after year ever since.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Not all quotes are created equally. We my not be the cheapest option availble but do you want the cheapest work possible? We treat you're home with respect and care and make sure everything is done to your standards with no issues, leaving your home cleaner and in better shape than when we came to it.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Beware of hourly rates especially low hourly rates. These providers end up spendling far longer than neccesary just to charge you more.
