What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have run a sewer service with 15 employees since 1980. I also enjoy learning something new.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 1970 my friends father had a nationwide franchise that cleaned clogged drains. I found it interesting and worked part time while in school.

What types of customers have you worked with?

In over 50 years - I have had the privilege to work with all types of customers. In the end, the respect you give is usually equal to the respect you get.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Precise root removal with HD camera and root cutting with carbide chains, restored pipe to like new codition. Before and after video were amazing!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get a good price for a good job, both are equally important.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How often does this happen and when.
