What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer first time buyers discounts on Water Softeners, Backwash Carbon Whole House Systems, Sulfur (rotten egg odor) Removal Systems.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Before making any recommendation to the home owner, we offer them a FREE Water test. We take those results and provide the home owner with the right system(s). Once we identify the issues, then we will make recommendations and proceed by explaining to the home owner how each system will perform in details. Provide home owner with pricing and hopefully set a date/time to install the new systems.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My 32 years of experience in the water industry stem from working with companies like Culligan, Hydrotech and Ionics. I have also attended Water Treatment courses and received certification.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My first introduction into the Water Industry was attending a seminar. Learning what could be present in my drinking water opened up my eyes. I bought a Water Filter for my home and since then, I’ve been educating Home owner on how they can treat their drinking water.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I worked with customer who are open minded and willing to listen. Home owners, business owners, and anyone who needs my advice.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am fond of every project ever installed. I go in with a positive attitude and leave the same way after completion.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The most important advice, do your due diligence and read review from prior customers before committing to any thing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is my budget. Do I really need it. Will your company provide me with customer service once the system(s) have been installed.
